Take Me Out To The Ballgame…

You know that game Never Have I Ever?  I used to have the best way to make the most people drink.  I used to be able to say, “Never have I ever been to Yankee Stadium!”  I know what kind of New Yorker or even worse Bronxite am I!!!  It’s true my people.  I had never been to Yankee Stadium.  That is until I was recently invited on a tour of the stadium along with a tasting of their new food line up.  Yup, they had me at FOOD.

Can I say that everything there is definitely #YankeestadiYUM?  Ha!  I love their hashtag.  Seriously though,  I am planning on buying tickets this season just so that I can go in and buy some of the amazing food I tasted during the tour.  Yup, it was that good.  Just sitting here thinking about it is making me hungry.

Now, I’m the first to admit that I’m not a huge baseball fan.  Still, this is the Yankees and I am from the Bronx so you know they’re the team my loyalty sides with.  And after visiting their stadium they’ve found a new type of fan in me.  I mean you can’t lose by going here.  There’s something for everyone.

Sports enthusiasts will love the game taking place on the beautiful field.  They will also love the camaraderie that is sure to be found by spectators watching the game from one of the decks or terraces.  You can choose your view. You have the Masterpass Batter’s Eye Deck in center field, Frank’s Red Hot Terrace overlooking the visitors bullpen, Toyota Terrace overlooking the Yankees bullpen.  And don’t forget the AT&T Sports Lounge where you can catch any other games going on while still staying up to date with the one on the field.  Each area has amazing food options so please check them all out because you don’t want to miss anything yummy for your tummy.

Children will love the Sunrun Kids Clubhouse.  This was such a good idea.  I mean, I get it baseball fans you love the game but you have to admit for a little sitting there it could get a little tiresome.  No need to worry about them getting bored anymore.  They can hang out in the Kids Clubhouse and run bases, pitch a pall and explore everything else there is to do.

I know, I know.  You must be saying, “this all sounds nice but I’m sure it’s going to cost a million dollars.”  Nope, not at all.  This season the Yankees will be offering two new ticket types which will allow 200,00 single game tickets to be available for $15 or less!!!  Yup, The Pinstripe Pass ticket will allow ticketholders to enjoy to the game from non-assigned standing room locations throughout the stadium OR at any of the above mentioned locations.  (Even if I had a seat I would rather be at one of those locations).  Oh, and this ticket also includes a drink!!! Yup, for my over 21 crowd you can get a 12 oz. domestic beer.  The other options are a Pepsi product or bottle of Poland Springs water.  The other ticket typ is the Grandstand Level ticket which gives you access to select Grandstand locations.  Personally, I think the Pinstripe Pass is the best deal and when I take JustaBXgirl to a game it’s the one we will be using.

Do you watch baseball?  Who’s your favorite team?
