This is a sponsored post. As always all opinions are honest and solely mine.

Not sure if you remember but I am a member of the Boston Market VIP Club.  Now, I get that anyone can join but if you’re like me you only join things you’re really into so this is proof that I’m really into Boston Market.  Being a member has it’s perks.  This summer I have gotten both discounted and free food via my membership.  I’m sharing this so that you can understand that my excitement about another Boston Market popping up in the Bronx is real!

And I was even more excited to be able to attend the grand opening of the Parkchester Boston Market location.  Yup, I was there for the ribbon cutting ceremony.  I wasn’t the only one.  The grand opening was scheduled to start at 11a and the line started way before 10a.  The community seemed as excited about the opening as I was.  I mean have you had Boston Market?  If so you get the excitement.  And it didn’t hurt that the first 100 guests received a coupon for a free meal on their next visit!!!!

Fast food that tastes like it comes from your own kitchen?  And can be considered a real meal.  I know having more local restaurants feels like a win for me.  As you all are aware I want to spend as little time cooking as possible.  With JustaBXgirl starting school and my goal to send her to school with lunch every day I’m stuck in the kitchen more than I would like.  That means when we get home from school, dance, swimming and gymnastics this mama does not want to think about cooking dinner.  I’ll already be stressed trying to plan the next day’s lunch.

Oh, and did I mention the $2K donation to Mercy Center?

Now I have one more Bronx location to stop by and pick dinner up from on our way home from her really, really full schedule.  The cool thing is the Parkchester location isn’t far from a few different relatives of ours so that means we can pop in with dinner and family time.  I mean, if you’re going to pop in on someone you better bring food!

This location like the other new locations features:

  •  Upgraded serving stations and carving stations;
  • Rotisserie ovens on display;
  • More-efficient serving lines (allowing guests to receive their meals faster); and
  • Warm and inviting artwork and modern decor

And to answer the question that is on everyone’s mind, my favorite meal from Boston Market is meatloaf with creamed spinach and sweet potato casserole.
