We received a copy of the film for review purposes. All opinions are honest and our own.

Friday’s are our favorite night of the week and not just because they’re the start of the weekend. Fridays are movie night at our house. Do you have a weekly movie night?

We alternate between making pizza at home or takeout. This week we made pizza at home. It’s a quick and easy meal that the kids enjoy making. We also made an exception and had our movie night earlier in the week because we had a special delivery…Goosebumps 2. We were so excited to get to watch this the day it was released that we could not wait for Friday!

It is fun to share in the fun reliving my childhood with our kids. Who didn’t grow up on Goosebumps? Goosebumps 2 is now available on Blu-Ray, DVD and Digital Download. We don’t usually do “scary” movies but we loved the first one and knew we had to see this one. We couldn’t wait to see what Slappy was up to this time.

Have you seen it yet? JustaBXmom reviewed it while it was in the movies. In case you haven’t seen it, here’s a preview:

Be careful what you wish for. With their after school junk business, best friends Sonny and Sam hope to find treasure in other people’s trash. But when cleaning out the old Stine house, they open a locked book that frees a supernatural nightmare – Slappy! Now, with the help of Sonny’s sister Sarah, they’re in a race against time to get the sinister dummy and all the creatures he’s brought to life back into the pages before he unleashes total pandemonium!

This week we had friends over and kids ranging from 2.5- 13 and they all not only loved it but no one was scared. I won’t give away any spoilers but I will say that you might not be able to eat gummy bears anymore!

I remember my youngest son pretending that he was reading a goosebumps book, so he could be big like his older brothers, the only problem was the book was upsidedown! #alittlebitofeverything@_karendennis199@gmail iz
