Things To Do NYC: THE LETTER FOR THE KING Screening

As you know I am always looking for something fun to do around NYC with JustaBXgirl. What I really love though is finding something not only for use to do but something that you can do too! That is why I do a happy dance when screenings come into my inbox because a lot of the time there is a chance for me to give tickets away and that means that we ALL get to have a family night out.

So, let me tell you where we going this time! We are heading to check out The Letter For The King. Have you read the book? I haven’t but after reading about the upcoming show on Netflix I am adding it to my reading list! The show debuts on Netflix on Match 20th but you don’t have to wait that long to see it. Why? Because we are heading to an advance screening on Wednesday, March 11th.

Here’s the details:

The Letter for the King is the story of a ruthless prince who threatens to cast the world into darkness when a young knight in training named Tiuri (Amir Wilson) embarks on an epic quest to deliver a secret letter to the king. Along the way, he unexpectedly finds himself at the center of a magical prophecy foretelling the rise of a hero who can defeat the prince and restore peace. If he’s going to survive the journey, Tiuri will have to learn what it means to be a true knight — and a true leader.
