Can you believe that the movie world of Harry Potter is celebrating its 20th Anniversary?! We are huge fans. I introduced JustaBXgirl to the books when she was in pre-k. We would read them together on our commute to and from school. After we would finish a book, we would watch the movie. While we usually enjoy the books more than the movies, we both believe that they bring the world to life. Over the years, I have shared some of our favorite toys from Harry Potter including a special dedicated post when the books turned 20. It is only right then that for this holiday season, I add a new dedicated post to celebrate the movies’ anniversary.
Wizarding World Spellbinding Wands – How beautiful are these wands. JustaBXgirl has had a number of wands over the years but the Harry Potter Spellbinding Wand is one of my favorites. It is an authentic 12-in replica of the real thing and comes with a spell card for you to practice with. Remember, it is Levios-A!
Wizarding World Enchanted Hedwig – Who didn’t want an owl of their very own after seeing Hedwig for the very first time. With over 15 sounds and movements, this will make you feel just like a Hogwarts student. It even comes with a Hogwarts owl. Let’s hope it isn’t a howler!
Wizarding World Hermione Granger Fashion Doll – This doll is so pretty. She’s eight inches and poseable. Collect all of these and have hours of adventures following after the book or creating your own Hogwarts Adventures.
LEGO Hogwarts Express – All aboard! The Hogwarts Express is ICONIC as is Platform 9 3/4. This LEGO set brings them to life. It has a removable side panel on the train so that you can adventure inside the train as well as while out. The set comes with Ron Weasley, Hermione Granger, Remus Lupin, the Trolley Witch and Harry Potter figures, plus Dementor and Scabbers figures.
Chocolate Frog – It is a gift and a snack! Chocolate frogs are such a big part of the Wizarding World that I couldn’t do a guide without including them. We got to check this out at a friend’s house. The frog is solid chocolate and Dumbledore Famous Witches and Wizards Card. There is also a metallic tin that comes with five cards.
